Hallo alle zusammen, unsere entspannte dreier-WG sucht ab August 2021 eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in)!
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 18 m² und hat außerdem Zugang zu der Loggia (4m²), welche nur von dir benutzt wird. Eine Fensterfront sorgt für helles, natürliches Licht. Fotos sagen hier aber mehr als tausend Worte, also macht euch da euer eigenes Bild.
Ich werde das Zimmer möbliert dem Nachfolger überlassen, die Möbel umfassen: 2 Regale, 2 Kommode, 1 Sessel, 1 Sofa, Kleiderschrank, und ein breites Bett mit Matratze und Schubladenregal. Als Preis für alle genannten Möbel schlage ich 150€ vor.
Du kommst in eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirr etc.... - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 280,01 € warm (inkl. Strom und Internet).
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es alles wichtige zum Leben in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere Supermärkte und Discounter, Döner Läden, oder generell Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im sind maximal 300m entfernt.
Die Anbindungen an die rund um die Uhr fahrenden öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 200m). Die Uni ist 10 min entfernt und in die Stadt braucht man 15 min.
David und ich ziehen Ende Juli aus der WG aus. Sachin wird dein zukünftige Mitbewohner. Er kommt aus Indien und arbeitet als Ingenieur. Er hat ein freundliches Wesen, mit ihm war das WG-Leben echt entspannt.
Ein Putzplan ist vorhanden.
