Die Wohnung zeichnet sich vor allem durch das große Wohnzimmer aus mit Fenstern nach drei Seiten. Nach hinten schaut man über den Garten ins Grüne (Gäubahn), nach vorne hat man tolle Blicke auf den Stuttgarter Ostern.
Zwei weitere Zimmer kann man als Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer verwenden. Das Bad ist klein, hat aber alles was gebraucht wird (Toilette, Badewanne, Waschbecken).
Ein Gartenteil kann von den Mietern genutzt werden.
Das Haus liegt in der Zeppelinstrasse, ca. zwei Blocks oberhalb des Hölderlinplatz. Dort gibt es Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes, außerdem fährt dort die U-Bahn. Der Bus hält noch näher am Haus.
Das Haus liegt am Hang, und hat Grünflächen, die von den Mietern genutzt und gepflegt werden.
