I'm subletting this freshly renovated flat for the period going from roughly mid september to beginning 2025 - dates ARE flexible, with all bills included.
The flat is fully modern and perfect to just enter and live since it has:
- brand new fitted kitchen with new oven, dishwasher, large fridge + freezer
- brand new washing machine + towel heater
- king size bed (160cm wide), large sofa (200cm), brand new electric-adjustable working desk + 34 inches wide external monitor, which makes it perfect for working from home.
- WLAN (WiFi) 100MB is of course included
- towels, bedsheets, dishes
The flat is suitable for a single person or a couple.
Since it has view into the courtyard, it is very silent although close to Frankfurter Tor and all the bars and stylish cafés of the most beautiful part of Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg.
The building is full of families, so this is no party flat.
Smoking/pets are not permitted.
Hard to beat the position, 2 mins walk to Frankfurter Tor U Bahn station and to trams M10 M13 and 21.
Supermarkets are also at 3 mins walk, and so are restaurants and bars, since we're just 5 minutes away from the Boxhagener Platz area. The building is very well taken care of and recently renewed.
Overall, the idea of the flat is to have all the comforts: electronically adjustable desk, sofa and dishwasher are all brand new. This is why I think the flat could be better suited for someone who is working, or a couple.
