Da ich für 6 Monate im Ausland studieren werde, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine:n Untermieter:in für mein Zimmer. Melde dich gerne bei Interesse :)
Unsere Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad und einem Flur. Zudem haben wir einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof und einen Kellerraum. Der Garten darf mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnfläche beträgt insgesamt 52 m².
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca 15 m² groß. Ich werde ein großes Bett, einen kleinen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Kleiderstange da lassen. Einzelne Möbelstücke können ggf. im Kellerraum untergebracht werden, falls du lieber selbst Möbel mitbringen willst. Der Balkon ist direkt von deinem Zimmer aus über eine Balkontür erreichbar, es gibt aber auch einen Zugang über die Küche, sodass niemand durch dein Zimmer laufen muss. Auf dem Balkon ist es trotz der zentralen Lage immer sehr ruhig und die Sonne scheint von mittags bis abends direkt drauf.
Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was mensch so braucht. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine und zwei kleine Abstellräume. Im Flur haben wir einen Schuhschrank, ein Spieleregal und einen Drucker, den du gerne mit benutzen darfst.
Fahrräder können untergestellt werden.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a small hallway. We also have a balcony to the backyard and cellar space. The shared garden can be used by you as well. The flat has 52 m² living space.
The size of your future room is 15 m². I will leave a big bed, a small desk, a dresser, a wardrobe and a clothes rail. The furniture items can also be stored in the cellar space if you wish to bring your own furniture. You can access the balcony from your room through a balcony door. It can be accessed through the kitchen as well, so nobody will have to walk through your room. Despite the central location, it is usually very quiet on the balcony and the sun is shining on it from noon to night.
The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you will need. We have a dishwasher, a washing machine and two small storage rooms. In the hallway, we have a shoe cabinet, a games shelf and a printer, which you are welcome to use as well.
Bicycles can be stored.
Wir wohnen im schönen Ehrenfeld. Die Bahnhaltestelle Leyendeckerstraße ist nur 3 Minuten von unsere Wohnung entfernt. Von dort aus fährst du nur ca 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Der Ehrenfeld Bahnhof ist fußläufig in ca 8 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Lidl oder Netto laufen wir keine 5 Minuten, aber auch Rewe und Aldi sind gut und schnell erreichbar.
Ehrenfeld hat viele coole Cafés, Kneipen, Bars, Restaurants und Clubs zu bieten. Und an der Venloer Straße ist eigentlich immer was los. Direkt vor unsere Haustür liegt der Leo-Amann Park, wo wir vor allem im Sommer gerne Zeit verbringen. Wir haben auch ein Fitnessstudio und ein Kino quasi direkt um die Ecke.
Falls du dich vegetarisch oder vegan ernährst, wirst du keine Probleme haben leckeres Essen an der Venloer zu finden.
We live in the nice neighbourhood of Ehrenfeld. The metro station Leyendeckerstraße is only 3 minutes away. From there it only takes 10 minutes to the centre of the city. You walk approximately 8 minutes to the train station Ehrenfeld. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Lidl or Netto and Rewe and Aldi are also close by.
Ehrenfeld has quite a lot of cool coffee shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs to offer. And there is always something going on at the Venloer Straße. Just across the street, there is the Leo-Amann Park, where we like to hang out a lot in summer. We also have a gym and a movie theatre just around the corner.
In case you like to eat vegetarian or vegan, it will be easy for you to find good food at the Venloer Straße.
Du wirst mit Luzie zusammen wohnen. Sie ist ausgebildete Ergotherapeutin und arbeitet zur Zeit als Schulbegleitung an einer Förderschule. Ihre Freizeit verbringt sie gerne mit ihren Freund:innen, macht gerne Musik, geht gerne schwimmen oder auf Spieleabende. Ihr ist es wichtig ihren eigenen Freiraum/Rückzugsort zu haben, ist aber auch gesellig und bei Kochabenden, einem Bierchen auf dem Balkon/ im Park oder beim Feiern dabei. Wir haben eine befreundete WG in der selben Straße, mit der wir gerne Abende zusammen verbringen.
You will live with Luzie. She is a trained occupational therapist and works as an assistant at a school for students with special needs. In her free time, she likes to meet friends, make music, go swimming or have game nights. It is important for her to have room for retreat but she is always up for cooking nights, a beer on the balcony or in the park, or for a night to go out. We have friends living in the same street and we like to hang out with them from time to time.
