Ich biete ein WG Zimmer im Zentrum Bonn mit einer wundervollen Lage, auch direkt am Rhein.
Das Zimmer ist eins von drei und hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof und Blick auf die Uni Bonn. Morgens scheint auch schön die Sonne auf der Seite. Ich biete es unmöbliert an, aber da passt super ein Doppel Bett und alle sonstigen Möbel rein.
I'm offering my WG room in the center of Bonn with a wonderful location, even directly next to the Rhein river.
The room is one of three and has a large window to the quiet side of the block with a view of the University. The shines beautifully in the morning. I'm offering it unfurnished but a queen size bed and any other furniture fits wonderfully.
Beste Lage in Bonn meiner Meinung! Erstens ist der Rhein direkt vor der Tür. Ich hab mich oft einfach morgens mit meine Tasse Kaffee auf einer Bank gesessen, so bequem ist das. Die Uni-Bonn/Bibliothek und Hofgarten ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Zentrum Bonn mit allen Geschäfte und süßer Markt Platz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe befindet sich auch Rewe, Aldi und Lidl natürlich. Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Bahn sind auch direkt da. Hauptbahnhof ist ungefähr 6-8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt aber ist auch mit Bus in 3 Minuten machbar ;) Bertha-von-Suttner Platz ist auch 4 Minuten zu Fuß mit Straßen Bahn und Bus Verbindungen.
The best location in Bonn in my opinion! The Rhein in directly outside the door and is super nice to to take a mug of coffee out and enjoy the view. The university/library and Hofgarten is just around the corner. All the stores and market place is about 2 minutes away by foot. Close by there is of course Rewe, Aldi, and Lidl. Transportation like bus and train are directly there too. The central station is about 6-8 minutes by foot and even reachable with Bus in 3 minutes ;) Bertha-von-Suttner Platy is also 4 minutes away by foot with street car and more bus connections.
Unsere WG ist immer sehr entspannt und passend für alle Zwecke. Jeder hat in der Küche, Kühlschrank und Bad eigene Fächer und halten es alle sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und schon alles Geschirr und Koch Sachen. Wir haben einen kleinen Klapptisch auch eingebaut.
Deine liebe Mitbewohnerinnen sind Lisa und Emanuella! Lisa studiert in Bonn bei der Uni und Emanuella ist hier von Brasilien gezogen und arbeitet. Wir verstehen uns alle gut und sind respektvoll vom Platz und Lärm einander gegenüber. Oft Reisen alle gerne und sind Unternehmens lustig. Sprachlich ist es bisschen gemischt zwischen deutsch und english.
Our WG is always very relaxed and fitting for all purposes. Everyone has their own shelves and area in the Kitchen, Fridge and Bathroom which we keep clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Dishwasher, Washmachine and Microwave as well as dishes and cooking supplies. We also built in a small collapsable Table.
Your lovely roomies are Lisa and Emanuella! Lisa studies and Bonn at the University and Emanuella is hier from Brazil and working. We all get along very well and are respectful to another with our space and noise. Everyone enjoys traveling and making plans. The languages are mixed between english and german.
HINWEIS:
Ich warte noch auf die Zusage zu meiner neuen Wohnung aber sollte alles passen. Kann aber noch nicht 100% versprechen leider. Wenn du aber flexible bist und spontan umziehen kannst melde dich gerne :)
Für die Kuchen Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, etc.) frage ich noch 100€ als übernähme.
