My room (ard 16 sqm) is fully furnished. All of the furniture will be at your disposal.
The room includes a king size bed, a working table, a chair, a closet, a book shelve, some shelve space.
📍The location is close to the Main, and you can walk to the river in three minutes Frankensteiner Platz
The flat is located on the first floor. There is a large Keller that can store things. You can park bicycles, do sports, parties, etc...in the backyard.
🚃Convenient transportation:
The alley Straßenbahn 18 leads directly to the city
Nearby there is S-Bahn Lokalbahnhof S3,4,5,6 directly to the main station; Mühlberg S8,9 directly to Hanau and the airport

You will have two flatmates, (both students of Frankfurt University).
One studies IT and one studies Korean.
Both of them are very nice and easy going.
The neighbours are also all friendly, they will help collect the parcels.
The room will be rented out on February 1 (January 15 is also possible).
Rent (all inclusive of water, electricity and internet, except TV fee) 550 Euros per month / Deposit 1000 Euros.
Kitchen utensils and cleaning utensils are complete.
We are looking for a tidy, friendly, responsible and non-smoking person.
