Hi ich suche eine Person, die mein Zimmer im Wohnheim übernehmen möchte, weil ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe.
wenn du diese Zimmer haben möchtest. musst du Student sein , Weill diese Zimmer ist in dem Studentenwohnheim :)
Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da Aldi und Edeka fünf Minute zu Fuß erreichbar sind und die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, super günstig für Studierende. Die Miete kostet nur 225 Euro warm mit Internet und Strom, da müsst ihr nichts extra dazu zahlen. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller sowie einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen im Haus. Unten gibt es auch einen Musik- und Sportraum, da schreibt ihr in eine WhatsApp-Gruppe und bekommt den Schlüssel.
Für einen Besichtigungstermin würde es nach dem 27.12. möglich sein, da ich leider von 22 bis 27 Dezember nicht in Leipzig bin.
