Da wir häufig früh arbeiten müssen wäre ein rücksichtsvolles Verhalten wünschenswert. Außerdem ist uns aus ökonomischen und ökologischen Gründen ein ressourcenschonender Umgang wichtig.
Das Zimmer wird zum Einzugstermin komplett leer sein.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir hier gerne eine kurze Nachricht, Besichtigungen sind abends und am Wochenende möglich.
Zentrale Lage, 10min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke sind ein Aldi, Lidl sowie Dm.
Ich bin Vincent, 31Jahre alt und arbeite als Videoproduzent unter der Woche. Nebenbei arbeite ich auch am Wochenende relativ viel, dann allerdings im Homeoffice.
Ich mag Sport, schaue gerne und regelmäßig Fußball, Tennis oder Darts.
Solltest du dich für Sport interessieren wäre das super, falls nicht aber natürlich auch kein Problem.
Allgemein ist die WG ganz gut ausgestattet und alles kann gerne geliehen und gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Seit Januar wohnt auch Sven (30, Physiotherapeut) in der WG.
Wir sind beide vollzeit berufstätig und daher unter der Woche viel unterwegs.
Gwmeinsames Kochen am Abend oder am Wochenende ist aber immer möglich.
Ein Einzug ist ab sofort möglich.
