Ich habe 2 Zimmer in einer 3raumwohnung mit Wohnküche zu bieten. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr geräumig(ca 20qm und 2 Fenster). Auch die Deckenhöhe von 3.40m ist ein schönes plus zur Geräumigkeit. Die Miete beträgt 550€ (Strom, Gas exklusive)und beinhaltet WLAN sowie Nebenkosten.
In ca 3minuten erreicht man fußläufig Tram,S Bahn und sämtliche Discounter sowie Drogerien. Außerdem sind in direkter Nähe Arzthäuser und Apotheken
Bis jetzt habe ich mit einem befreundeten Paar zusammen gewohnt und will nun die beiden Zimmer einzeln oder zusammen vermieten. Ich bin Johannes 37 und arbeite als Betreuer in besonderen Wohnformen. Ich bin ein offener Mensch dessen Leben selten in der Komfortzone statt findet. Bei Musik bin ich genauso offen, höre aber vorzugsweise Punk. Ein wenig Hip Hop oder Techno zum Tanzen gehen, ist aber auch dabei. Meine Hobbys beinhalten Segeln sowie Fussball.
Im WG-leben bin ich erfahren und hatte bisher immer tolle Erfahrungen sammeln dürfen. Deshalb nun auch das weiter führen dieser WG.
