Warm rental is 595.- Euro is then all with in it our beloved, diligent cleaning wife and the master of the house for the week of Kehrwoche. A great price for this exposed location and for these xtras are offered. Who likes to clean!

THE IST FOR UNS IMPORTANT: The offer is aimed primarily at full-time working persons with a fixed salary who are looking for a furnished room for a defined period. If you want someone working during the day in IM BÜRO 9/5...the rental price is a coordinated mixing calculation for 9/5 and for what we offer.
It's a difference whether you need 8 or 18 hours at homeoffice the room with the additional charges.

Ich lass' mir mal für eine gewisse Zeit den Wind um die Nase wehen und biete daher hier für oben genannten Zeitraum mein nettes, sauberes WG Zimmer im sonnigen Stuttgart an. Das Zimmer ist gepflegt eingerichtet. Du brauchst keine Möbel mitbringen. Nur einziehen und sich wohlfühlen. Küche und Bad sind zur Mitbenutzung. Und das alles im Kultigen mittigen Westen von Stuttgart. SUPER ZENTRAL! Wg-Erfahrung solltest du haben!!!
Warmmiete beträgt 595.- Euro da ist dann alles mit drin auch unsere geliebte, fleißige Putzfrau und der Hausmeister für die Kehrwoche. Ein toller Preis für diese exponierte Lage und für diese xtras die geboten werden. Wer putzt denn schon gerne!

DAS IST FÜR UNS WICHTIG ZU WISSEN: Das Angebot richtet sich in erster Linie an vollzeit berufstätige Personen mit festem Gehalt, die für einen definierten Zeitraum ein möbliertes Zimmer suchen. Gewünscht wird jemand der tagsüber IM BÜRO 9/5 berufstätig ist...der Mietpreis ist eine abgestimmte Mischkalkulation für 9/5 und für das, was wir bieten.
Es ist ein Unterschied ob du 8 oder 18 Stunden bei homeoffice das Zimmer mit den zusätzlichen Nebenkosten brauchst.

Abends ständig miteinander Kochen & Backen das sind nicht so unsere Knaller, aber abends miteinander ein nettes Bierle oder ein leckeres Viertele schlotzen und über Gott und die Welt quatschen, das macht den Abend dann für uns sehr angenehm.
