Room is actually great, I would not be moving out if I didn't have to. It gets a ton of sun, so you won't be needing vitamin D supplements! It looks to a big and great garden built inside the apartment block. This place really is great for mental health and high energy throughout the day! The room already has a bed, matress, wardrobe, sofa, storage unit etc. The flat also has a dishwasher and a washing machine, so everything you need to make chores easier so you can enjoy more important things. Though the apartment contract is dissolving in October, that is why the ad is open till October for now, which you can discuss with the landlord when the time comes!
The apartment is amazing for public transportation. It is located 4 minutes walk to the Dornbusch Ubahn station (U1, U2, U3, U8) and on the other side of the street, 9 minutes walk to the Marbachweg Ubahn station (U5). You will literally be whereever you want to go super easily.
The Marbachweg street has also very good amenities such as printer shop (3 min walk), PENNY (8 min walk), and direct bus (M34) going to the Sports Science Campus of Goethe University.
My name is Berkin, but I have to leave this apartment to move next to the new Crossfit gym I will be working at because of the super early start and late ends of my working hours. But this gives you a great opportunity. You will be sharing the apartment with Carlos and Harlin, and they were maybe the best part of my living experience here. If living in harmony is what you want then they are the perfect roommates for you, because they have the perfect balance of doing this together and also respecting the alone time. Everyone is kind of people that offers help before you even ask, but there are also a lot of times where the common areas are free and quite and peaceful so you can do your own thing without being disturbed. In addition, the flat has a cleaning schedule among the roommates so you won't have any problems with hygiene.
The flat also has a good internet, also a dishwasher and a washing machine, so everything you need to make chores easier so you can enjoy more important things!
