Wir vermieten für Mai unser größtes und schönstes Zimmer, teilmöbliert. Eine Verlängerung für weitere Monate ist möglich.
Das Zimmer ist wunderbar groß und hell, hat Parkettfußboden, große Fenster, hohe Flügeltüren und sehr schönen Jugendstil Stuck an der Decke. Vom Zimmer aus blickt man auf die belebte Gottschedstraße mit ihren Kneipen und Cafes.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Thomaskirche, schräg gegenüber liegt das Schauspielhaus und auch Marktplatz mit S-Bahnstation, Stadion, Zoo, HGB, HMT, Uni und Bahnhof sind nicht weit
entfernt. In etwa 10 Gehminuten ist man im Rosenthal oder im Clarapark: Rewe, Aldi, Konsum, Norma und eine Straßenbahnstation sind um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung hat schöne hohe Decken, Parkett- und Dielenböden und viel originäre Substanz.
