Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und man hat einen super Blick auf die Straße! Außerdem ist die komplette Wohnung möbliert und deswegen wird dir auch beim Umzug viel Arbeit erspart und man kann sich auf wichtigere Dinge konzentrieren. Der Boden ist mit einem schönen braunen Laminat ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Heizung!
Man braucht zu Fuß nur 3-4 Minuten bis zur nächsten Tram-Haltestelle und 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur nächsten S-Bahn Station (Leipzig-Sellerhausen). In die Innenstadt gelangt man innerhalb von 12 Minuten und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Aktuell lebe ich noch mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammen in der Wohnung, aber sie wird ab Oktober auch ausziehen und somit wird die komplette Wohnung frei!
Zur Miete kommen zusätzlich die Stromkosten dazu.
