Das Zimmer, dass ich in deine verantwortungsvollen Hände überlasse, ist mit 34 qm nicht nur das größte , sondern hat auch den direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und unserem wunderschönen Garten . Die Küche ist genau neben dir, eine gästematratze hast du auch und selbst schläfst du in einem 2x2 Meter großem Bett .
Ich mache dir Platz in meinem großen Kleiderschrank , ebenso kriegst du natürlich Frische Bettwäsche etc gestellt :)
Unterrath ist ein schönes, grünes Viertel mit schönen spaziermöglichkeiten. Quasi direkt vor unserer Haustür ist die Bushaltestelle, mit der 729 fährst du 7 Minuten zur theodor Heus Brücke und kommst von da innerhalb 5 Minuten zur Heinrich heine Allee .
Rewe und Aldi sind 3 busstationen in die selbe Richtung , ich gehe die 10 Minuten dorthin gerne durch die grüne Landschaft zu Fuß .
Ich hoffe, du magst es entspannt und witzig, denn deine künftigen Mitbewohner haben alle nicht nur ein großes Herz und enorm viel Zusammenhalt zu bieten, sondern sind dazu einfach humorvoll as fuck. Ihr werdet euch schnell sympathisch sein und mehr muss ich denke ich nicht anpreisen :)
Das Haus hat alles, was du brauchst, jedes Küchengerät das nötig ist, Staubsauger etc..
