for my cozy-compact apartment in the heart of the Mainz Neustadt I am looking for someone who regularly works one or more weeks a month in Mainz and can use it if I am not in the city. As a commuter, I meanwhile am only one working week per month in Mainz. I could also build this around your service hours.
So please don't contact me if you're looking for a fixed apartment!

As seen in the photos, the apartment consists of a small hallway from which the kitchen and the bedroom depart in both directions. The bathroom is located straight away. Kitchen and bedrooms are connected by a large balcony. From here you will look at a quiet, spacious backyard crown with many large trees in the middle.
In the bedroom you will find a 140 bed. I can give you some space in the closet if necessary. In the kitchen is everything you need to cook, including gas stove. I think most of them are actually already talking about the photos. All the more you can ask me directly. And yes, the house has an elevator ; )

The win-win concept that I hope would look like:
I'm here a week/month, you 1-2 weeks/month as needed. Whoever leaves the apartment, pulls off the bed and cleanses the rest of the apartment.

I would divide the monthly rental costs for weeks. So I would take 210 euros a week.
As a reinsurance for possible damages, the security deposit is 1,000 euros.

für meine gemütlich-kompakte Wohnung im Herzen der Mainzer Neustadt suche ich jemanden, der regelmäßig eine oder mehrere Wochen im Monat in Mainz arbeitet und diese nutzen kann, wenn ich nicht in der Stadt bin. Als Pendler bin ich mittlerweile nur noch eine Arbeitswoche pro Monat in Mainz. Diese könnte ich auch entsprechend um deine Dienstzeiten herumbauen.
Bitte kontaktiert mich also nicht, wenn ihr eine feste Wohnung sucht!

Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, besteht die Wohnung aus einem kleinen Flur von dem die Küche und das Schlafzimmer in beide Richtungen abgehen. Geradeaus befindet sich das Bad. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind durch einen großen Balkon verbunden. Von dem aus schaust du auf ein ruhiges weitläufiges Hinterhofrondell mit vielen großen Bäumen in der Mitte.
Im Schlafzimmer findest du ein 140er Bett. Im Schrank kann ich dir bei Bedarf etwas Platz freiräumen. In der Küche ist alles da was man zum kochen braucht, inklusive Gasherd. Ich glaube das meiste vermittelt sich tatsächlich schon über die Fotos. Alles Weitere könnt ihr mich gerne direkt fragen. Und ja: das Haus hat einen Aufzug ; )

Das win-win Konzept, was ich mir erhoffe sähe folgendermaßen aus:
Ich bin eine Woche/Monat da, du je nach Bedarf 1-2 Wochen/Monat. Wer die Wohnung verlässt, zieht das Bett ab und macht den Rest der Wohnung sauber.

Die monatlichen Mietkosten würde ich wochenweise aufteilen. Pro Woche würde ich also 210 Euro nehmen.
Als Rückversicherung für mögliche Schäden liegt die Kaution bei 1.000 Euro.
