In meiner WG wird ein Zimmer frei, da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Das Zimmer ist 21 m2 groß, geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist sehr gut geschnitten. Die Wohnung hat ansonsten eine relativ große Küche, in der man auch Mal gemütlich sitzen kann und ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank etc.). Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon der an die Küche anschließt und natürlich Flur und Bad :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Karlsruher Südstadt. Das KIT erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in unter 10 Minuten und auch die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nahkauf, Lidl, Asia Laden etc), einen Baumarkt und auch ein paar schöne Cafés.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit mir. Ich bin Annika, 21 Jahre alt und studiere am KIT. Ich koche und backe viel, sitze gerne in der Küche und unterhalte mich, bin aber auch mal gerne ein bisschen für mich! Es ist mir deshalb wichtig, dass die Wohnung ein ruhiges Zuhause bleibt :)
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 01.12. frei. Solltest du allerdings schon ein paar Tage früher einziehen wollen, dann wäre das kein Problem! Wenn du Interesse am Zimmer hast, dann schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht und stell dich vor! Ich würde mich freuen!
