Spacious environment in the heart of Neukölln. The apartment has 2 rooms, a big enough kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms, also the kitchen and the bathroom have lovely sunshine in the mornings.
Rixdorf is one of the nicest spots in Berlin to hang around. It's one of the oldest areas in the city, hosting some old buildings and verynicepeople.It'sclosetobothSonennalleSBahhn and Karl Marx UBahn with both 10 minutes average walking distance. Also, on Sonnanelle - which is a 3 minutes walk- you can take the bus as well.
There are very nice cafes and bars to hang around in the area. It is also easy to shop as Rewe and Lidl is very close to the building.
