A big private house for long term rent in Buckow 12349 Berlin!

Location: Schieferweg, 12349 Buckow Berlin

Price:1150 warm (800 cold + 350 nebenkosten)

3 Rooms: Big bedroom, Small bedroom, Big living room, Kitchen, Keller - the ceiling in the keller is 1.70cm tall and is not considered living space, but i managed to have a music studio there 🙂
and a garage (the garage will be not available for now, as it holds the landlord belongings and equipment.

When: Starting on 2025-02-01
either a sublet, or a full contract, you will be figuring this out with Marco, our nice and reliable landlord.

for whom do we think the house will fit?
we lived there as a couple. we think the house will fit a young family with 1-2 kids max (the kids bedroom is pretty small)
or two flatmates, tho the area is pretty calm and family oriented, we had a great time there.
it is very quiet and peaceful, but not well connected to the city center - a trip in will usually take 40-50 minutes by public transport, best method for us was to bike 10-15 min to the u6 station in alt marindorf, or u7 Johannisthaler Chaussee station.

Priority will be given to someone who is willing to swap with us, and leaves a flat inside the ring, either studio / a flat that will fit for a wg, where a person pays max 600€.
Landlord is looking for responsible and reliable people.
