There are 4 rooms in total of which you/you have the whole floor for you, and I live upstairs.
The house is centrally located 25 min to the alexanderplatz.
It is a super retreat we are very quiet drinking no alcohol and both work a lot.
In summer the house is really a dream beautiful garden.
It is rented for a year, but in general we are looking for a long-term tenant.

Ich suche ab sofort einen neuen mitbewohner es geht um ein haus mit eigener terrasse und großen gemeinsam nutzbaren Garten.
Es sind 4 zimmer ingesamt wovon ihr/du die ganze untere etage für dich hast, und ich oben wohne.
Das haus liegt zentral 25 min zum alexanderplatz.
Es ist ein super Rückzugsort wir sind sehr ruhig trinken keinen alkohol und arbeiten beide sehr viel.
Im Sommer ist das Haus echt ein traum schöner Garten.
Es wird für ein Jahr vermietet, aber generell suchen wir einen Langzeit Mieter.
Die Wohnung ist zum einziehen bereit also wer zuerst kommt und sie ab besten sofort übernimmt,
bekommt sie auch.

perfekt für ein homeoffice im eigenen Garten, die Feuerstelle wir gemeinschaftlich beansprucht oder benutzt.
