The house has 4 bedrooms (2 beds in each one), 2 bathroom, a large living room with a kitchen and a terrace with a wonderful view on the sea.
There is a direct and private access for the beach and a 2000 m2 of gardern with a typical Mediterranean plants.
The villa is located 100 Km from Catania and 10 Km from Milazzo (the harbor for Eolian Islands).
It's better to have a own car, although there is a train station 10 minutes close.
Markets and bar are 500 m distance.
