I am going back home this break and am looking to sublet my room from Feb 26 to May 7.
It is a bright big room. This is one of the 7 rooms in the house. So there are 6 other people living. Every floor has a toilet for shared among 2 people. And there is a bathroom in second floor. This room is in ground floor with kitchen right next to it.
Kitchen is shared by everyone.
The shared area is cleaned once every two weeks by a cleaning lady and therefore there is a charge of 20€ every month. This includes other shared items like toilet paper, dish soap and others.
The room contains many equipments of mine like monitor, keyboard and other things. Therefore a deposit of 600€.
And sorry KVR is not possible :)
Transportation:
1. S6 12 mins by walk.
2. U6 via bus 268 which is 5 mins by walk.
Many restaurants and food places around. For groceries there is Edeka, Lidl 10 mins away.
