The old house is centrally located in the district of Wettbergen and is at the same time optimally connected to the wide recreation landscape south of Hanover. In the continuous building improvements, the house has kept its original generous basic structure and thus allows a residential community for approx. 3 people here find place and an individual living atmosphere. The special accommodation offer is suitable for different age groups, but it is also aimed at the elderly.
For the inhabitants there are 6 rooms, of which 2 are connected together. For shared use there is a hall, a large kitchen, a modern bathroom, a guest toilet, a laundry room and a storage room.
In front of the house a small protected seat offers room for garden use.
A neighbouring vegetable garden may be used, if necessary, in case of interest and certain prior knowledge.

Das alte Haus liegt zentral im Stadtteil Wettbergen und ist gleichzeitig optimal an die weiträumige Erholungslandschaft südlich Hannovers angebunden. Bei den kontinuierlich durchgeführten baulichen Optimierungen hat das Haus seine ursprüngliche großzügige Grundstruktur behalten und ermöglicht so, dass eine Wohngemeinschaft für ca. 3 Personen hier Platz und eine individuelle Wohnatmosphäre vorfinden.
