I'm a visiting doctoral student studying in the field of health policy at Heidelberg University. I've obtained the Doctoral Overseas Research Scholarship from my university for 1,300e every month. I'm expected to arrive in Heidelberg on December 20th. My research period is about 6-10 months, which determined according to the progress of the research. So I hope to sign a half-year rental contract from 20.12.2024 first. If it's need, we can negotiate again.
I would like the rent (including all expenses) to be no more than 600 a month, furnished, with an easy commute to work place.
I have good living habits. I keep doing a thorough cleaning every week. I'm tidy and hygienic, don't smoke, have a regular schedule and no bad habits.
I'm really looking forward to live in Heidelberg: )
