The House is a typical German family house with a huge loft on the first floor. I currently rent the apartment and i am looking for a nice flatmate. My owner resides on the ground floor just below. The house has a spacious garden and the owners are very nice. We have a private parking space and nice neighbors.
The apartment has a huge living room, a bathroom with a bathtub shower, a washing machine and a toilet. There is a separate guest toilet in the apartment.
We have a huge kitchen along with a dining table and a nice living room with a big couch to chill. The apartment is completely furnished in terms of living space and the kitchen equipments with everything one requires except a dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms one of which i currently occupy the other room is free with a nice table and closet along with a bunk bed.
I am from Mumbai, India and have been living in Germany for two years now and I work at Adidas. I am looking for a nice room mate who is fun, easy going, likes music, movies and conversations who is social and who would like to share the space as a home and also likes to keep things clean and hygenic.
The rent is 383 euros for a month for all expenses all inclusive. There will be no other charges.

Peaceful family neighborhood. Public transport is at a walking distance of 3 min. Adi Dassler Platz and Schaffler AG and Herzo marketplace is 8 min by Bike and 5 min by Car and at a walking distance of 20 min.
