Hey wir suchen für unser WG-Haus in der Höttinger Au noch eine/n liebe/n Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete eines 12m²-Zimmers. Du würdest mit 2 lieben Katzen und 3 unkomplizierten Studierenden (2m, 1w) die alle Anfang/Mitte 20 sind, ein gemeinsames WG-Leben führen und gerne mal zusammen was unternehmen, kochen, etc. Das Haus besitzt einen riesigen Garten mit vielen Bäumen, einer Lagerfeuerstelle sowie Slackline, Trampolin viel Platz zum Austoben. Im Haus gibt es ebenfalls viel Platz – wir haben eine große Wohnküche, Wintergarten, großes Bad mit Badewanne, Toilette und Waschmaschine, eine extra Toilette im EG sowie einen Keller mit kleiner Werkstatt und sogar einer Sauna! Zudem gibt es eine Garage und Autoabstellplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Die Miete beträgt 473€ pro Monat (inkl. Hey we are looking for a flatmate for our shared house in Höttinger Au for a 12qm room from now till End of July 2020. You will live together with 2 lovely cats and 3 nice students (2m, 1f), which are all in their mid-twenties, uncomplicated and fun. We sometimes cook or hang out together. We have a huge garden with a slackline, a trampoline and as well a campfire place. The house itself has a lot of room as well – there is a big kitchen, a winter garden, a big bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. As well we have a big basement, a garage and a sauna! Parking space is directly available in front of the house.
