House for Refoundation Maternal Children - WG Haus für Neugründung Mütter- Kinder - WG

I would like to support single mothers and rent my house to establish a mother-children-WG.

I rent from about 1.8 (or earlier) my 120sqm house in Cologne Rondorf for 2040 Euro cold rental. BJ 1978, 2016 partially refurbished (Bäder, new insulation in the OG, parquet, heating partially refurbished)
The townhouse is located in the Brothers Grimmstr, 3 minutes walk to the primary school and next Kita.
There are a total of 51/2 rooms, storage room, 1 bath tub, 1 shower room, guest toilet, cellar room, laundry room, second open living room in the souterrain, 40sqm garden, 1 car parking space.

The house has split level: 4 small rooms, WG suitable rooms and 2 bathrooms in the 2 upper half-storey (bath adjacent to a room, shower room accessible from the staircase)
Entrance Hochpaterre, there also the kitchen. Large open living room to the garden on the ground floor, which is well usable as a playroom. Second, open living space in the souterrain. In addition to the entrance/kitchen area lies in the living rooms Eiche- Stabparkett.
No dog keeping
I start from 28.4 with visits to interested parties. I am looking forward to proof of income and to Schufa (request now) .

Ich möchte gerne alleinerziehende Mütter unterstützen und mein Haus zur Gründung einer Mütter- Kinder- WG vermieten.

Ich vermiete ab ca 1.8 (oder früher) mein 120qm Haus in Köln Rondorf für 2040 Euro Kaltmiete . Nebenkosten ca 190 Euro plus selbstständige Versorgung des Mieters mit Heizöl, Wasser und Strom. BJ 1978, 2016 teilsaniert (Bäder, neue Dämmung im OG, Parkett, Heizung teilerneuert)
Das Reihenmittelhaus liegt in der Brüder Grimmstr, 3 min fussläufig zur Grundschule und nächsten Kita.
Es gibt insgesamt 51/2 Zimmer, Abstellraum, 1 Wannenbad, 1 Duschbad, Gäste WC, Kellerraum, Waschküche, zweiter offener Wohnraum im Souterrain, 40qm Garten, 1 PKW Aussenstellplatz.

Das Haus hat Split- Level: 4 kleine , WG geeignete Zimmer und 2 Bäder in den 2 oberen Halbgeschossen (Wannenbad angrenzend an ein Zimmer, Duschbad begehbar vom Treppenhaus)
Eingang Hochpaterre, dort auch die Küche. Großer , offener Wohnraum zum Garten im Erdgeschoss, der gut als Spielzimmer nutzbar ist. Zweiter, offener Wohnraum im Souterrain. Außer im Eingangs -/Küchenbereich liegt in den Wohnräumen Eiche- Stabparkett.
Keine Hundehaltung
Ich starte ab 28.4 mit Besichtigungen für Interessenten. Bei Interesse freue ich mich über Einkommensnachweise und Schufa.
