Location
We are looking for a housemate to rent a big double room in a great house 3 minutes walk from the tube station. You can be in Oxford Circus or Leicester Square in 20/25 minutes. The house is close to supermarkets, shops and less than 15 minutes walk to a shopping centre and cinema.
We have a big kitchen, a garden, a livingroom and 1 toilet (the toilet separate from the room with the bathtub).
We are 2 guys and 1 girl from Spain easygoing and with a good environment at home, as we all get along, we are looking for a housemate that doesn't just want to rent a room but also wants to enjoy some time together.
We are looking for someone long term (at least 1 year) to move in on the 21st of August, the room is £605 per month and bills are £100 per month, the deposit is £570.
