Die Wohnung ist eine sanierte, ausgebaute Werkstatt, was bedeutet, dass man ein kleines Haus über zwei Etagen für sich hat. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Bad. Das Zimmer ist hell und besitzt ein eigenes Waschbecken. Ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange, zwei pflegeleichte Pflanzen und ein Bett (eine Matratze auf einem Lattenrost) sind bereits in dem Zimmer und können kostenfrei übernommen werden.

Zum ZOB Ludwigsburg läuft man 15 min. Bus Verbindungen gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.

Die Mitbewohner sind im Durchschnitt Ende 20 und es herrscht eine herzliche Stimmung. Die Wohnung ist keine Zweck-WG und trotzdem kann man sich ohne schlechtem Gewissen zurückziehen. Ab und zu gibt es Koch- oder Filmabende und einmal im Jahr, in der Weihnachtszeit, gibt's Glühwein. Mich schmerzt es, hier auszuziehen! Wir trennen die Einkäufe und es gibt einen Putzplan für die Küche. Bei Interesse schreib mir gerne! Wir freuen uns, von dir zu hören :)
