I am looking for a room at least 10 m square in area with a maximum rent of 500 (wammiete) euros. It should include all the utilities cost. It should be furnished. It should have wifi/Lan Internet connection. Shared kitchen and bathroom are manageable. I need the room from 1st May 2024.
My hobbies and interest: I love playing chess and Badminton, listening to music, and discussing world politics. I also like meeting new people, knowing about their culture, and learning from them. I don't smoke but I don't have any problem with others smoking.
