Location
We rent a historic, renovated cottage from 1th January to 30th April. It consists of a modern eat-in kitchen, an entrance room and a large bathroom. In the attic there is a small bedroom and a large living room.
It is completely furnished with a bed, a sofa bed, cupboards, a bench and a new kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The bathroom is large with a bath and shower.
We are looking for someone to live there in winter - we live in the house next door.
We charge 800€ per month no additional costs. water, electricity, heating, garbage, internet - everything is included, so don't worry about high gas prices. Dogs are not allowed. Only for non-smokers in the house.
After April, the house will be further renovated.
The house is in the center of Bretzenheim. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The university is only 500 meters away and can be reached either by bike, bus or on foot. the train station is a few tram stops away. Restaurants can also be reached in the vicinity, rental scooters are also available in Mainz - and air traffic throughout Mainz when there is an east wind.
