It's a shared house, I live on the top floor where I have a separate bathroom & kitchen, and then the available space would be the 1st floor which is 87 sqm + a 35 sqm terrace. There's also a 550 sqm garden space in the front and the back with a few trees & a firepit, a multi-roomed finished basement for storage, laundry, workshop space, etc. that's another 87 sqm as well, and a 35 sqm garage. For everything is about 1800 (heat, electricity, internet & water included). I paid 600 while my housemates paid the other 1200, but we can work out what makes sense.

The house is located in Fuerth, on Vacher Strasse 80. It's a 10/15 minute walk to two U-bahn stops & a S-bahn at Klinikum. It's a great neighborhood and extremely quiet, but we've had parties & such that were really fun. The neighbors are very nice. There's some garden work that would need to be done, but we can talk about it if that's not particularly interesting for you.

The house is unfurnished though the current tenants would like to transfer the installed kitchen & the terrace furniture. I put a rough estimate for the compensation agreement, but it would need to be worked out with them.
