Room includes futon, table, chair, closet, ceiling fan. Hammock will be the best option for the summer weather. kitchen has blender, oven, fridge and else to cook. Wifi, gas, hot water and celling fans included. I am a clean person, expect to receive the house in neat conditions. Laundry is a block away, supermarket and municipal market is 5 blocks away as well as drugstore and convenience store. There are gardens in front and back and nice common areas. It is a non smoking place, though you always can smoke in the two gardens. Public transportation are in front and in the corner, taxicabs easily available.
This place is special because of the artist environment I turned in with my own and friends art, the front and back gardens I`ve been working and its right location, not to far no to close. Totally safe during day and night. Also 10 blocks away from the corner of the 30 min trip to the ocean.
It is located in the historical center of Mérida, 15 blocks away from American consulate, about the same for the Fiesta Americana and commercial district, 12 blocks from Plaza grande (Main square). Teatro Tapanco, La 68 Centro cultural Helena Poniatowska, film theaters slow food markets and more.
