I have furnished double room size available in Germany (München). there's 24/7 internet service, Air conditional and laundry. Fully furnished and each room is ensuit with toilet and bathroom. You will only be sharing the living room and the kitchen with other potential tenants. Each room cost Є600 with Є900 refundable security deposit.
Students and professional allowed. Easy access to parks and restaurant. Very secured neighborhood (No crime record in the neighborhood in the past 8 years). The rent is flexible, that is, rental would start on your move in date. It is available for long/short term rent.
New towel and bedspread will be given upon your arrival at the apartment. Students should come along with their proper identification as part of our security measures at the apartment.
