In einem älteren Bauernhaus in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm sind 3 – 5 Zimmer (à ~15 – 25 m²) für eine WG-Neugründung an Studierende zu vermieten. Das Haus befindet sich in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, ist aber voll bewohnbar. Eine voll funktionsfähige Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden, Glasfaseranschluss ebenso.

Es sind auch ein paar Möbel vorhanden, die bei Bedarf gerne genutzt werden können (keine Ablöse!), aber nicht müssen.

Das Haus ist Teil eines Bauernhofes in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm und wird nicht anderweitig bewohnt, der Bauernhof wird allerdings noch aktiv bewirtschaftet. Ein zum Haus gehörender Garten kann ggf. auch mitbenutzt werden z.B. um Gemüse anzubauen.

Das Haus wird vor allem deshalb vermietet, dass dort nach etwas Leerstand wieder etwas Leben einkehrt. Wenn euch also das etwas rustikale Flair nicht stört könnt ihr hier eine günstige Wohnmöglichkeit finden!

Das Haus ist am Rand von Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm gelegen, zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Radl oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort fahren mehrmals stündlich Züge nach München und Ingolstadt (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Das Pfaffenhofener Zentrum ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Radl entfernt.

Mit dem Auto kommt man in ca. 30 Minuten nach Garching bzw. Weihenstephan.

Die im Inserat angegebene Miete/Nebenkosten sind Schätzwerte und hängen u.a. von der Anzahl der Bewohner ab. Die Miete liegt warm bei ca. EUR 200-300 je Zimmer. Vermietung als ganze WG oder nur einzelne Zimmer sind beides grundsätzlich denkbar.
