Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in 3 Wohnungen a 100qm.
Da das Haus in ca. 5 Monaten kernsaniert wird steht es für Kurzzeitmieter, Handwerker etc
zur Verfügung. Die Wohnungen sind in einem guten Zustand und waren bis vor kurzem
regulär vewrmietet. Nachteil: die alten Mieter haben die Küchen zum Großteil mitgenommen, ein Bad ist
recht abgenutzt. Man benötigt eigene Möbel.
Vorteil: das Haus hat ein großen Garten mit kleinem Pool und läd zum relaxen ein.
