Suche WG Mitglieder für eine Villa in Rietschen Ab Februar / märz 2025. Gute Verkehrsanbindung Görlitz - Cottbus innerhalb von 300 m ist die B115 erreichbar und ÖPNV mit 2-3 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Es gibt insgesamt 8 Schlafzimmer ( es könnten noch welche geteilt und ausgebaut werden - daher 8+ ). Wobei 2 Zimmer schon belegt sind, da Tochter und ich einziehen. Parterre ist Gemeinschaftsraum mit 110 qm geplant. Oben gibt es die Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder mit Dusche und separater Badewanne, Küche. Grundstücksfläche ist 1500 qm. Tiere erlaubt. Bitte nur kleine Hunde ( weibliche große Hunde je nach Sympathie ), keine Katzen ( evtl nur solche die auch Hunde kennen. Alle Katzen die weglaufen, jagd er ) aber alles andere erlaubt.

Einkaufsmärkte Vorhanden. Zum bsp Penny ca. 350 m, notto oder Edeka in weniger Minuten mit Auto erreichbar, Wochenmarkt oder Kaufland in etwas Entfernung - Weißwasser ( 16 min mit Auto ) oder Görlitz ( 30 min ). Arzt in 10 min geheweg entfernt.

Zu mir. Ich bin 36 jahre, hilfsbereit, kann nicht nein sagen, freundlich, einfühlsam und kreativ. Gesucht wird zwischen 18 und 50
Jahren oder ältere Herrschaften die im Alltag Hilfe brauchen. Gern auch Familien mit Kindern. Bin anfangs etwas schüchtern aber taue nach und nach auf. Meine Hobbys sind Mangas / Animes, Brett und Kartenspiele, lange Spaziergänge / wandern, pixeln und ab und zu mal Party ( Tomorrowland, Sputnik ... ).
