Since our flatmate Philip is moving out permanently, her room is up for grabs.
Your new room would be 20 m² in size. It will be ready for you to move in on 01.10.2023. It would have nice wood paneling on the walls and two large windows. The room gets plenty of light and has a gallery where the bed is situated. It is extremely cozy and cute.
The apartment is on the edge of the Nauwieser district. For those who don't know, this is Saarbrücken's bar and student district. But since we are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, we are spared the noise in the pubs in the evening (at the moment that wouldn't be a problem anyway). The next bus stop is practically on the doorstep and the next Saarbahn stop is about a 5-minute walk away.
A Netto and an organic market can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The bus to the university takes about 15 minutes and leaves every few minutes at the nearby bus stops. For those who own a car, there is the possibility to apply for a resident parking permit.
In everyday life, our flat share is more like that of a purpose flat share. It's also nice to sit in the kitchen and chat together, but if someone needs their peace and quiet, that's completely respected. :)
Otherwise we are all open and friendly people. There have never been any major problems in our flat share, and if they do, you can talk to us about anything.
Your new roommates would be:
Matthias (35) works as an engineer and is also writing his doctoral thesis
Shriya (31) student of master's in law at UdS
Romina (20) A student in the Uni
