Cozy room in a beautiful huge shared house

Hello dear people! 

I am leaving Salzburg and our beautiful house

Our house is called Tile-Land(Cause each room has its own custom tiles, See pictures) and we are three of us sharing it (me) Fiona and Toby

The house is divided into 2 floors: 

The room is approx. 15m² in size on the second floor. It is furnished and has everything necessary for your stay. There is also a winter garden with access from your own room, the bathroom, another separate toilet, walk-in closet and the room of Toby.

On the first floor there is the kitchen, Fiona's room, a dining room, and a very large living room with a fire place, this is also where we get cozy and

The basement is divided into a laundry room, a pantry, a small "wine bar" and another room that is currently used as an office. 

The house also has a large garden and a large garage.


The 665 euros and includes everything

Location

The house is located in Salzburg Maxglan in a quiet single-family housing . It is therefore a little outside the hustle of the city but still quite central to get to the city center quickly by bus, train or bike (approx. 10 minutes drive). 

Buses (1,4,7,9,28) and the S-Bahn are between 5-15 minutes walk away, as are shops (Hofer, Billa, Europark, etc.).

Fiona & Tobi

We like to sit together in the morning for a coffee or in the evening share a delicious meal and a beer or two, play games and/or talk about the day. Our huge living room is of course also very inviting for movie nights together or just exercise and stretch.

House parties are rare but there is the space for a good event/concert.

Tobi works as a game developer, he likes bouldering, he has two motorcycles, and is always up for game nights

Fiona works in a company for beds and gets the best blankets for free and in her free time she likes to go hiking or spend time reading, tending the garden or cook a good evenings meal.

Since we also have Matze, a cat, living with us, it's best if you aren't allergic to cat hair as he likes to sleep everywhere
