Das Zimmer hat etwas mehr als 30 qm und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und ist vom Rest des Hauses getrennt. Obwohl auf der Nordseite ist das Zimmer sehr hell, da es auf drei Seiten Fenster hat. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig, also im Sinne von "überhaupt keine Geräusche". Dafür sehr naturnah.
Das Haus steht auf einem großen parkähnlichen Grundstück am Waldrand, die Isar ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In Straßlach fährt stündlich ein Bus nach Höllriegelskreuth zur S-Bahn bzw. nach Grünwald zur Straßenbahn.
Zum Marienplatz sind es ca. 16 km, mit dem Auto 30 Minuten in die Stadt.
Im Ort gibt es zwei Supermärkte, eine Apotheke und eine Bäckerein.
In dem Haus wohnt auch ein großer Hund, der sehr freundlich ist, allerdings schließt das andere Haustiere mehr oder weniger aus.
Ich selbst esse eigentlich kein Fleisch.
Ich bin 52 und arbeite als Freelancer im Internet, also vornehmlich von zuhause.
Vom Typ her eher ruhig, höre gerne Musik (Alternative / Indy).
