Our cozy house, approximately 11-12 sq.m in size, is nestled just a stone's throw away from the TUM campus, making it an ideal spot for students. With a quick 5-7 minute walk or an even faster bike ride, you'll find yourself on campus in no time. Need groceries? No problem – convenient stores are within a 10-minute reach. Plus, a bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, adding to the accessibility.

Venturing into the city center? It's a leisurely 15-minute stroll or a breezy 7-10 minute bike ride. As for the rent, it's a warm 470 Euros, covering electricity, Internet, heating, and water. Our landlord is incredibly cooperative and responsive, always ready to assist with any household matters that require immediate attention. Additionally, a deposit of 100 Euros is collected upon move-in to cover room renovation costs upon departure, ensuring a fresh start for the next resident.
