A place to live for a couple

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Ali Nakhaee, a PhD student at the University of Stuttgart: ICD. My wife and I are currently in search of a comfortable and suitable living space in the area. As a quiet and responsible couple, we do not smoke and have no children and pets. After careful consideration, we believe that your house would be an excellent fit for our needs, and we would be absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to become your tenants.

In terms of our financial stability, I am pleased to inform you that my gross income amounts to 3.14129 euros per month. Additionally, as a student, I receive a monthly stipend that further ensures our ability to meet our financial obligations promptly.
