Spacious house comes with a lovely garden just few minutes outside of Berlin.
Our house consists of two floors and a separate-entrance furnished cellar.
+ On the ground floor, you'll find a big kitchen with all the equipment you need, a cozy living room with a big L-sofa, a piano, and a TV set, a bathroom, and one guest room, furnished with a double bed.
+ On the first floor, we have the master bedroom furnished with a King size bed, a little bathroom, and our son's room including a baby bed and a double bed.
+ In the cellar you can find the washing machine and the dryer.
Our 600m2 - garden offers you a nice lounge and pavilion, a covered dining space, a sandbox and ample toys for children, and a brand new gas-barbecue. We also own 3 bikes that are at your disposal.
The neighborhood is really quiet and green. You can take nice walks and enjoy nature. There is a bus station within 3 minutes walking distance, which takes you i.e. to the metro station (Sbahn Lichterfelde Süd)
The metro station is just 5 min by bike/car and 15 min walking distance. The S-Bahn (metro) line S25 takes you straight to Berlin Mitte (center of the city, 20 min) and crosses all the other important metro lines you'll need to explore the city.
The supermarkets are also at a 5 min bike/car distance or just on your way into the city.
