Das Haus hat 2 grosse und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr lichtdurchflutet, da es viele Fenster gibt. Die grosse Wohnküche lädt nicht nur zum Kochen ein, sondern auch um dort gemütlich zu sitzen, da es in der Küche sowohl Esstisch als auch eine Couch gibt. Das Haus geht über 3 Etagen und hat zwei Bäder. Somit ist das Haus perfekt als WG oder für zwei Personen geeignet.
Da ich beruflich für 4 Monate ins Ausland gehe, ist das gesamte Haus für diesen Zeitraum zu mieten. Danach gibt es die Möglichkeit 2 Schlaf-Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad zu mieten.
In ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Hunte oder in 10 Gehminuten kommt man zum Tillysee. Also sehr naturnah und doch nur ca. 5 km von Oldenburg entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist liegt fast vor der Haustüur (3 Gehminuten).
Am besten ist es, wenn das Haus persönlich angeschaut wird. Gerne versende ich auch Fotos vom Haus.
