Apartment tour

Before moving you must first find a suitable apartment! When going to an apartment there are many important aspects to consider. In order to not forget any important questions, you can fill out this questionnaire during the tour.

Transfer Protocol / Document

Condition report of the apartment, meter readings and the number of the keys given to the tenants are recorded in the transfer protocol/document. In general, landlords bring the Protocol. But you never know ... If this happens then you have nothing but more problems! Note: The protocol/document must be made out 2 times, one copy for the landlord and one for the tenant/s.
