I am renting my room in a Shared appartment because I am going to vacation for 3 weeks ( earliest available date is january 02) , you will have only one floormate, a male mechanical engineer 30 years old. The room is big enough and it has a perfect location near to minoritenstraße, it is 1 min away from the bus station, 5 min from the main library and super C and 7 min from mensa , 5 min from aquiz plaza and very good connections to different RWTH campus department in Melaten , uniklink and informatik( with 33 and 73 lines).
you will have an equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator and also a washing machine. the picture i posted is old , the room has small closet , mattress, a big carpet, desk and 2 monitors for study.
you have to pay for the 21 days you will spend in the room 300 euros that will include everything from electricity, gas, and internet. and a deposit of 200 euros .
