I am Oguine David, I am looking to give out my room for one month, as I would be going on vacation in March.
About the room : The flat is a shared by only 2 people, me and a cool guy named Verse.
The location is very strategic, it's just 2 minutes away from the main Aachen train station (Hauptbanhof) , it is basically at the city centre and you can almost walk to different parts of Aachen on foot. We have goof restaurants, and supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Rossman etc) within walking distance. The bustation is also 2 minutes walk from the room.
At the flatshare we take turns to clean and keep it tidy, once a week and we have managed to keep the flat clean and very organized. You will love it😎.
The rent of 420 is inclusive of the utilities( light, heat, internet), also the Caution fee is 150, this will be returned to you after the one month stay.
