Hallo, da mein bisheriger Mitbewohner ausziehen musste, suche ich jetzt einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer Toilette, einer großen Wohnküche und ein Abstellraum im Keller. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 50 qm.
In der sehr großen und geräumigen Wohnküche kann man zusammen mit 4-5 Personen kochen und bequem essen, die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
Das angebotene Zimmer ist ungefähr 12 qm groß, aber es ist direkt an die Küche gebunden, so dass man gar nicht merkt, dass das Zimmer etwas kleiner ist. Im Raum stehen schon eine Matratze, ein kleiner Schrank und ein Schreibtisch, die gerne genutzt werden können.
Since my previous roommate moves out, I am now searching for a new roommate who can live here, first until the end of September, but longer is also possible.
The flat consists of two bedrooms, one toilet, a big kitchen/living room and a storage room in the cellar. All together the flat has about 50 squaremeters.
In the big kitchen/living room you are able to cook with 4-5 persons and eat comfortably, the kitchen is complete furnished.
The offered room is about 12 squaremeters big, but it is directly linked to the kitchen, so you don't really feel that the room is a bit smaller. The room already contains a mattress, a small cupboard and a desk, which can be used.

Die Wohnung ist auf der Vaalser Straße. In einer Minute erreicht man die Haltestelle Kuckelkorn, wo man sehr schnell zum Elisenbrunnen, Bushof, HBF oder auch nach Holland kommen kann. Außerdem ist die Bahnhaltestelle Aachen Schanz auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort kann man direkt nach Düsseldorf, Dortmund und Duisburg weiterfahren.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele, in 5 Minuten erreicht man Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, wo man sich fast alles kaufen kann, was man fürs Alltagsleben so braucht.
Der Westpark ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt, dort kann man sich vor allem im Sommer einfach mal hinlegen und die Sonne genießen, ansonsten kann man dort auch mit Freunden grillen oder z.B. Frisbee spielen.
Direkte Buslinien zur RWTH gibt es nicht, aber die kann man auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichen oder mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Minuten.
Vor der Wohnung befinden sich auch ziemlich viele Parkmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is in the Vaalser Straße. In just one minute you can reach the station Kuckelkorn, from which you can easily get to Elisenbrunnen, Bushof, HBF or the Netherlands. Besides the train station Aachen Schanz is just 10 minutes away by foot. There you can directly go to Dusseldorf, Dortmund, Duisburg.
Here are many shopping possibilities, in 5 minutes you can reach Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi where you can buy almost everything needed in everyday life.
The Westpark is only 5 minutes away, it is a nice place to go in summer to just lay down and enjoy the sun. Also you can have a barbecue with your friends or play e.g. Frisbee.
There are no direct bus routes to RWTH, but it can be also reached in just 15 minutes by foot or 7 minutes by bicycle.
In front of the apartment are many parking spots.

Ich, Theron, werde dann mit dir zusammenwohnen. Ich bin im zweiten Semester und fast 19 Jahre alt. Ich hoffe, dass ich mit der Person, die hier einzieht, oft was zusammen machen kann, sodass das keine Zweck-WG ist.
I, Theron, will be living together with you. I am currently in the second semester and nearly 19 years old. I hope that I can often do something together with the person who will move in.

Zu den Kosten: Die Miete beträgt 404,61€, zusätzlich kommen noch Internetkosten, Stromkosten, GEZ, sodass man insgesamt dann auf ca. 500€ pro Monat für 2 Personen kommt.
