Watch out, sellige WG is looking for you!
The house is situated in a quiet location on the Hörn/Königshügel in Muffeter Weg and offers the ideal starting point for students between campus Mitte and campus Melaten. It is a semi-detached house with an 8 WG (in the identically cut other semi-detached house is also an 8 WG). On the first two floors there are 4 rooms, a toilet and bathroom (also with WC). The large and open kitchen with communal space is located in the 2nd OG and is of course used by all. In addition, there is a large garden and a pre-garden/terrace used by Allen (so there is always some sun all day) and in which we like to grow herbs or other vegetables. In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer and all kinds of stuff in your cohabitation. Each room has 2 network connections and a SAT connection.
The room that is free is cut identically to the room shown here, only one floor further down and other furnishings - the room is handed over unfurnished:)
The house is located in the best (and quiet) position on the Hörn/Königshügel in Muffeter Weg and offers between campus Mitte
and Campus Melaten the ideal starting point for students. There is a bus stop right in front of the house. From there, the 12/22 and 23 are still connected to the city centre until 0:32. Pontstraße, Audimax and main building can be reached super within 10-15 minutes (on foot, by bike you are everywhere anyway, as we live quite right above the Royal Hill).
The next shopping facilities are Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi and Net and alnatura.
Now to the most important point:
We are a colorful mixed and sympathetic WG in which everyone is welcome. We are absolutely no purpose WG and there are a lot of WG lives with us. There's always something going on in the kitchen and if it's spontaneous, we like to cook together or make sports together. In summer we like to grill together or let the evening end together with friends at the lake.
With us you will always find someone you can sit with and entertain yourself or do something, but in your room you can also have your rest. Experience has shown that it is difficult not to get into the kitchen when the coffee machine brummt or the unofficial aachener table tennis championships are performed.
You will probably get the best impression if you look at yourself; so we look forward to your message and your interest in the room.

Because of Christmas and New Year, we will probably be invited to the meeting in the first January.
