Hallo zusammen!
Ich, Ella, suche vom 15.02.2025-Mitte/Ende Juli 2025 eine Untermieterin für mein schönes möbliertes WG Zimmer, da ich im Auslandssemester sein werde. Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und hat einen direkten Zugang zur 60qm großen Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer bekommt durch drei Süd-West Fenster jede Menge natürliches Licht. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr großzügig. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC, so kommt man sich morgens nicht in die Quere. Die Küche wurde vor drei Jahren erst neu eingebaut und hat eine schöne Holzarbeitsfläche.
Das Highlight ist definitiv die Dachterrasse, die über den Garagen des Hofes liegt. Im Sommer haben wir sie intensiv benutzt, haben viele Dinge wie Tomaten, Brokkoli und Zucchini angepflanzt, oft gegrillt und eine Sofaecke aus Paletten gebaut. Falls du also Interesse am Gärtnern hast oder gerne Zeit im Freien verbringst, kannst du den Frühling und Sommerstart auf der Terrasse verbringen!

Hello everyone!
I, Ella, am looking for a female subtenant for my beautiful furnished room in a shared flat from 15.02.2025-middle/end of July 2025, as I will be abroad for a semester. The room is 22 square meters and has direct access to the 60 square meter roof terrace. The room gets a lot of natural light through three south-west facing windows. The apartment is very spacious overall. There is a large bathroom with two washbasins, shower and bathtub and a separate WC, so you don't get in each other's way in the morning. The kitchen was newly fitted three years ago and has a beautiful wooden worktop.
The highlight is definitely the roof terrace, which is located above the garages in the courtyard. We used it extensively in the summer, growing lots of things like tomatoes, broccoli and zucchinis, barbecuing often and building a sofa corner out of pallets. So if you are interested in gardening or enjoy spending time outdoors, you can spend the spring and start the summer on the terrace!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Studierende perfekt: Eine Straße weiter ist die Pontstraße, auf der alle wichtigen Restaurants/Fast-Food Shops sowie Bars, Clubs und Supermärkte liegen sowie jede Minute Busse in alle Richtungen von Aachen fahren. Das Hauptgebäude der RWTH liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bis zum Aachener Dom und zur Innenstadt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt nebenan liegt außerdem der Lousberg, ein bewaldeter Stadtberg auf dem es sich gut spazieren und Sport machen gehen lässt.

The location of the apartment is perfect for students: one street away is Pontstraße, where all the important restaurants/fast food stores as well as bars, clubs and supermarkets are located and buses run every minute in all directions of Aachen. The main building of the RWTH is a 5-minute walk away and it is a 10-minute walk to Aachen Cathedral and the city center. Right next door is the Lousberg, a forest hill where you can go for walks and do sports.
Wir sind eine 3er-Mädels WG, allerdings wird neben mir auch eine der beiden anderen Mitbewohnerinnen im Ausland sein, weswegen du mit Ines und einer weiteren Untermieter*in zusammenleben wirst. Hier ein paar Worte, um Ines besser kennenzulernen:
Ines (25) ist begeisterte Salsa Tänzerin und regelmäßige Gym-Gängerin, verbringt aber auch gerne mal einen ruhigen Abend mit einem Buch oder ihrer Lieblings-Netflix Serie. Auch wenn sie mit der Arbeit und Hobbies viel unterwegs ist, würde sie sich auch sehr über gemeinsame Koch- oder Spieleabende freuen und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für einen.

Ines (25) is an avid salsa dancer and regular gym goer, but also likes to spend a quiet evening with a book or her favorite Netflix series. Even though she travels a lot with work and hobbies, she would also be very happy to cook or play games together and is always ready to talk.
