We’re looking for a new roommate , to join our little WG family! The room is 17 m², super spacious, and comes with a balcony, The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (yes, there’s a dishwasher and a washing machine !), and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the main train station same time to main bus station—super practical.
We’re easygoing and like to keep things clean and tidy, as well we have a weekly cleaning schedule for the whole flat in ahead to make sure the place stays nice because as simple as that we call it HOME.
The Flat mate are : me Ebrahim and Ina we both studying at RWTH. We are open minded and easy going we are bussy with life, but even tho we also cook together and chillen at some nights.
The flat as we mentioned earlier is fully equipped from A to Z . The Room now is furnished but the person might take his stuff with him maybe he will leave it or you can reach for agreament with him. But for us the Room is not furnished.
The fees for the quipment is about the flat shared equipment ( kitchen stuff and the washing machine ) .
